The staff were helpful, assisting with directions and recommendations. My room was quite spacious and always clean thanks to the daily housekeeping. The skytrain station was close, and I could access different parts of the city easily. The refreshments available on the lobby floor (floor 17) were a nice touch after a day of exploring.
The exterior appearance is somewhat dated. It could use some freshening up to match the quality of the interior.

The staff members were always attentive. They addressed requests promptly. The team ensured all my needs were met . The staff offered assistance with luggage and provided information about local attractions.

The Chrysanthemum Suite was very spacious. It featured comfortable beds and a separate living area. The bathroom was excellent and included a rainfall shower. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard.

Breakfast offered various high-quality options. Freshly prepared eggs were available. The buffet included a wide selection of items. Room service was quick (delivery in around 20 minutes) and the food was fresh.

The staff was helpful. I appreciated the easy access to the Skytrain. The shower was fabulous. The room was also bright and airy.
The exterior looked like a drab, old office building. The sign at the entrance was only partially lit. The lobby on the 7th floor did not give a five-star vibe. I could see office junk behind the counter.

The buffet breakfast near the pool was nice. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. we found the staff very helpful. The sound proofing in the room was excellent.
The hotel lacked vegetarian options. The juices were processed and not fresh. i requested gluten free bread but I was given a mediocre bun that I could not eat. The lunch menu also lacked suitable options.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms offered great views of the city. breakfast was very good and the pool was also nice.
the hotel is not really in the middle of everything. it is tucked away, with everything at least a 10 min walk away. our floor had a pungent smell every time we got out of the elevator.
